The pretty villa, surrounded by impressive natural-stone walls and an abundance of mediterranean plant-life, nestles into the sheltered southerly slope, so that glorious winter warmth is also guaranteed, while the pool, opening out to the front, with a sunny open-terrace does more than is necessary.

The villa is distributed over two levels: the main living-level, accessible from the road at almost ground-level, spreads out with wide window façades towards the bay and the sea, while a separate guest-apartment, also accessible from the inside, has been established on the swimming pool level.
