Location is the single most important factor when searching for a property.  So, to make the best use of your time, it’s advisable you dedicate at least 3 full days to get a proper feel for an area, when considering a possible future residence.  

We can organise your entire trip: travel, accommodation and car hire, allowing you the freedom to chose when you want to view and for how long.  We will spend the time with you, completely on a one-to-one basis, ensuring that only suitable properties are shown, with emphasis primarily landing on finding the right location.

What we ask of you:

• Complete the form below, indicating your preferred dates and time of travel so we can help you arrange your trip.
• Confirm your departure and destination preferences and budget in the comment field.  Depending on whether you prefer to stay in a hotel, B&B, private villa or apartment, we shall be able to advise you of costs throughout your planning.
• To be in a position to buy.  The market is fairly dynamic and to avoid disappointment by finding the right property, only to lose it a short while later by not being in a position to move quickly, you really need to be in a position to commit to buying.  We would go through all details and purchasing procedures during our initial discussions.

We do not believe in fancy gimmicks or subsidise Viewing Trips.  As a gesture of good will, we will however, refund the full cost of your trip upon completion, should you find and buy your property through Sea Point Villas.
