The ground floor of these two storey Cyprus Villas consists of an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satelite television and DVD player and hi speed Wi Fi internet. The modern wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats ten in its high-backed dining chairs. The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this is a Double bedded room with an ensuite  adjacent shower room. There is also a seperate WC for use by the guests.

Each of the first floor bedrooms features en-suite facilities and a private balcony. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, whilst the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony that overlooks the pool area. There are another two twin bedrooms both with ensuite shower rooms.

 

Up the stairs there is a small room with a sleeper couch where one can sit and relax and enjoy the view, this space can also accommodate an additional 2 people if necessary. From the roof garden one has views of the mediterranean one can sit here in the late afternoon and watch the sun set . One can see as far as st George on the one side and Coralia and Coral bay on the other as well as the peyia mountains ,

The 8 metre x 5 metre private pool with walk in steps  access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months. 

Smoking is permitted but not inside this villa please. 

 

This exclusive villa is located in a prime location close to local amenities. There is a local bar and restaurant within a 10 minute walk of the villa. The local bus stop is also situated within walking distance of the villa.

The popular family resort of Coral Bay is located within a less than 2.5km  from the villa. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer with plenty of restaurants, bars and amenities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach located  Just 2km  from the villa. This sandy horseshoe shaped bay is honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafes providing refreshments. Only 700m from the villas is the  quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay also a sandy beach with Blue Flag status . Just 300m from the villas  an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools there are natural rock pools where one can relax in privacy.

The village of Peyia located close by is a large and welcoming village clinging to the rugged hills that act as a backdrop to this photogenic stretch of Paphos coastline. Peyia wakes up at night and as the evening air cools the village centre comes alive with the sounds of animated conversation. A handful of amenities are located within 1.5 km from the villa and further amenities are located in the centre of the village being within 2km of the villa. The village offers traditional tavernas, restaurants with international theme nights, wine bars, coffee shops, well stocked supermarket, fruit market, kiosks and a bakery, Peyia really does have something for everyone.

Paphos Town, approximately 12 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island and is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.

There are many activities to enjoy within a 15 minute drive, including mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark and the Paphos Zoo.

There are 4 local golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 45 minute drive.

Paphos International airport is located within a 35 minute drive from the villa.
