Q: Is there internet in your properties?
A: Yes, every villa is equipped with WIFI internet. Because there are so many devices that connect to the internet, there can be connection issues although these are rare. We cannot guarantee internet service due to weather, maintenance, outages by the internet provider, etc. Internet is not charged extra so no refunds will be given due to internet inaccessibility.
Q: What English TV Channels and Entatainment is available ?
A: Every villa is equipped with a Chromecast and an Android TV Box so it is possible to stream Netflix and Youtube directly to the TV. All Major British TV chanels are available (Including all the BBC and ITV Chanels) About 60 British chanels are available so you can keep up with the news all your series while you are on holiday.
Q: Do the Villas have Russian TV channels. Currently the villas have approxamately 70 Russian TV chanels available. It is also possible to stream You Tube directly to the TV allowing you to stream Childrens TV programs or any Documentary available in YouTube.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: At the time of booking, a 30% deposit of total rental charges is made. The guest has 24 hours of making the reservation to cancel the booking for a full refund. After 24 hours, the 30% is nonrefundable. Two months prior to arrival, we collect the balance, and the total is nonrefundable. If we are able to re-rent the property, we will reimburse the guest for what we were able to book.
Q: Is this style of accommodation for everyone?
A: Unfortunately not. Our operations differ greatly from a hotel Our properties are much bigger than hotel rooms, about 7 times the size, where more appliances, furniture, moving parts and pieces that can go wrong and sometimes will go wrong. Our staff will fix items as quickly and appropriately as possible, but we do not always have the ability to switch rooms like a hotel can.
Q: Is there parking provided at all properties:
A: Yes there is enough parking for up to two cars in each villa.
Q: Is there air conditioning in all of your properties
A: All villas, have air conditioning.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: We love animals, but our properties do not allow pets of any kind .
Q: How old do I need to be to reserve a home?
A: Our guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a property, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, this is a rule that cannot be changed.
Q: Does the property come with towels, linen, and extra bedding? Should I bring extra with me?
A: Each property is provided with enough towels, linen, and extra bedding for the max room occupancy. Before you arrive, the beds will be made with clean linen, and fresh bath towels will be provided. There is also a washing machine in the villa to wash used towels.
Q: What do I need to do before check-out?
A: Check-out is at 11am local time. All we ask is that you start a load of dishes in the dishwasher prior to departure and leave the villa in a relatively tidy state . Be sure to follow the check-out instructions and what to do with keys . If you require a late checkout it is possible but can only be arranged if no arrivals to the villa are taking place on the same day.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is at 3 pm local time. Check-out is at 11 am local time.
Q: How do I obtain the keys?
A: 7 days prior to Arrival, we will E-mail you a Arrival instructions and Departure Instructions. It has all the check-in information, codes, passwords, etc to get into the buildings. You can also easily share it with all of your guests.
Q: What if we have a maintenance emergency during our stay?
A: Call us immediately
Q: What if the property is locked upon our arrival?
A: Call us immediately and we will assist you.
Q: When do I need to pay for my reservation?
A: A 30% deposit will be made at the time of booking. 60 days prior to arrival or as agreed when making the booking. If the reservation is within 60 days of booking, the full amount will be required unless we agree in writing alternative payment arrangements.
Q: Are you flexible when it comes to payment of the villa.
A: Since we are the owners of the properties we can be flexible . Although we do insist a deposit is payed to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival but in some cases we can also accept payment on arrival or one month before arrival we can agree on payment of the balance at the time the booking is made.
Q: What payment methods do you accept and in what currency?
A: Most payments are made using direct bank transfer, we have bank accounts in Cyprus and the UK so you do not have to pay additional transactional charges related to international transfers. We also accept Credit Card payments . We accept
payment in Euro and GBP.
Q: Are there supermarkets within walking distance of the villas?.
A: There are minimarkets and supermarkets within walking distance (from 200m away), the most reasnoble priced supermarket with the largest range of products from meat to fish and a bakery is Philipos Supermarket in Coral Bay which is 2.5km away. The good news is they deliver your groceries to the villa free of charge after you have completed your shopping. They have a pick up service as well .
Q: Is a rental car necessary?.
A: Because the Coralia Blue Flag Beach is only a 700m walk away and the bus stop is only 1km away , and there are also about 10 restaurants within 1km of the villas, we would say that a car is not necessary (For Grocery Shopping see the previous question). We would however recomend a car because there is allot to do and see in Cyprus and in the Paphos area and it does get very hot in Mid July to end of August when walking is not that plesant.
Q: What items are provided in the house?
A: Each and every bed will be made with fresh linens prior to your arrival. Bath towels will be provided based on the max occupancy of the property. You should bring extra beach towels with you although we will provide beach towels if needed. The bathrooms will have a limited supply of soap, the villa has a hair dryer. The kitchen will have a basic dishware set, coffee maker, and pots and pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, bottle/can-opener, cork screw, microwave, and a toaster. Other kitchen items may be in the unit. If you would like to cook something that requires a specific pan or utensil, I would recommend you inform us before your arrival. Spices are not provided, and we would recommend buying them at the local supermarket if you have a special meal dependent on them.
Q: Do you allow early check-ins?
A: An early check-in can only be approved 24 hours prior to arrival. They are dependent on whether or not the cleaning staff has time to fully clean the home before your arrival. If guests are checking out the same day that your reservation begins, an early check-in is not allowed as it will not allow the housekeeper enough time to fully prepare the home for you. Call or email us 24 hours prior to arrival to see if early check-in is available.
Q: Do you allow late check-outs?
A: A late check-out can only be approved on the day of departure. They are dependent on whether or not the cleaning staff has time to fully clean the home before the next guest’s arrival. If guests are checking in on the same day that your reservation ends, a late check-out is not allowed as it will not allow the housekeeper enough time to fully prepare the property for the next guest. Call or email us 24 hours prior to departure day to see if a late check-out is available.
Q: Do you provide Baby Cots and High Chairs?
A: We do Free of charge.
Q: Is smoking allowed in or around your properties?
A: Smoking is prohibited smoking is only permitted outside.
