The Sea Point Villas portfolio consists of both 3-bedroom, 3-bath bungalows (one level) and 3-bedroom, 3-bath villas (two levels), as well as four brand-new 5-bedroom villas (also with two levels). The 3-bedroom bungalows and villas feature classic Cypriot architecture outside and contemporary furnishings inside; the 5-bedroom villas feature stunning modern design crowned with stunning roof decks suspended over the Mediterranean.

Every villa is well-equipped for hosting guests of all ages, with extras like cots, highchairs and baby gates for safety, and private pools, BBQ grills and electronics just for fun. Our 3-bedroom bungalows easily accommodate both toddlers and older guests who prefer not to worry about stairs.
